Equipped with CNC control, compensation, and proven SM robot, the user has access to the very highest precision. The polishing unit is equipped with a polishing wheel 960 mm in diameter which reliably prevents any excessive overheating of the workpiece. Excellent surface quality and long wheel life ensure maximum productivity. The robot has 4 freely programmable axes. Operation and programming take place via a control terminal. Compact design enables quick machine set-up. The enclosed processing area with its integrated vacuum extraction channel guarantees emission-reduced operation.
